  3. The major change is the release of the native Windows version of
  4. GeoClock (GEOCKWIN).  The DOS version (GEOCLK) was a few changes to
  5. ensure that the two versions are completely compatable.  The most
  6. important is the addition of the HTN command and the change in the
  7. handling of the HTA, HTS, HTN, and NOHT commands.  Use of these
  8. commands with the syntax of GeoClock 6.1 will behave as they did
  9. in 6.1, so no changes should be necessary.

  11. The DOS and Windows version and functionally and graphically very
  12. similar, and current users of the DOS version should have no trouble
  13. using the windows version.  Both programs use the same MAP and GEOn.DAT
  14. files.

  16. The new windows version of GeoClock is being treated as a normal 
  17. GeoClock upgarde, so registered users of the DOS version can upgrade
  18. to the windows version by downloading the windows version (GCKWIN70.ZIP),
  19. unZIPing it in the current GeoClock directory, and running REGISTER.
